Taupe curtains photographed open and closed across windows in an unfurnished flat.
This installation gallery shows taupe curtains in unfurnished rooms. In the open view, the fabric gathers at both sides of the window; the closed views show how it covers the opening. The photographs show one visible curtain layer, rather than a day-and-night pairing.
The closed views show the fabric extending across the window. Light can still appear through or around a curtain, so compare the fabric sample and fitting arrangement rather than judging blackout performance from a photograph.
The open view shows the curtains gathered beside the glazing. Consider the space needed for these folds together with nearby furniture and window access before deciding the track layout.
Compare the treatments and discuss the fit at a home consultation.
