Living room: daylight and privacy

Bedroom: fabric and fit together

Study: a gentler level of light
If glare is the main problem and full darkness is not needed, consider dimout curtains. Compare a sample in the room rather than choosing by a fabric colour alone.
Full-height windows & balcony doors
Leave space for the curtain to open.
A curtain occupies space even when it is drawn back. For balcony doors, the stacking position needs to work with the opening direction and the route you use every day.

Ceiling and cove
If you are planning a pelmet or cove, discuss the curtain layers and mounting arrangement before the detail is closed up. There is no single clearance that fits every curtain system.
Finished floor level
The final drop should be measured against the finished room. Let us know about floor or ceiling work that may change the dimensions after the first visit.

Start with the scope, then the number.

Condo curtain questions
Can you measure full-height condo windows?
We measure on site and assess the drop, width, mounting surface and access before confirming the curtain setup. Share photos of the full window and ceiling when enquiring, especially where the opening is unusually tall or difficult to reach.
How much do condo curtains cost?
The quotation depends on actual window dimensions, fabric, layers, heading and installation requirements. A bedroom count does not describe the amount of glazing. Send window photos and rough measurements for an initial discussion; the final scope and price are confirmed after measurement.
When should I arrange measurement during renovation?
Discuss the curtain plan before finalising a pelmet or ceiling detail. Tell us which finishes are still changing so we can coordinate the measurement and installation sequence. The final drop and mounting position need to account for the finished floor and ceiling.
Can curtains cover balcony sliding doors?
Indoor curtains can run across the glazing beside a balcony. At the site visit, we consider the opening direction, handles and where the curtains will stack so that the fabric does not unnecessarily obstruct everyday access. Indoor fabric curtains are not weatherproof balcony enclosures.
Do I need to visit a showroom?
We bring fabric samples to your home for a complimentary on-site consultation. You can compare their colour, texture and opacity against your own walls and daylight before selecting a curtain.
